Account Deletion

        Mudita lets you delete your account in the app. If you cannot access the app, use this page to request account and associated data deletion.
    

1 In-app deletion path

Open the Mudita app and go to:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

This is the fastest method and immediately starts your account deletion workflow.

2 Web request path

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request using the email button below.

Email address: use the same email tied to your Mudita account.
Subject line: Account deletion request.
Include: your account email and optional details to help us verify your request.

3 What gets deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, we delete your Mudita account and associated account data from active systems, including data linked to your profile and app usage.

If any data has already been removed in-app from your local device, only cloud/account-linked records remain in scope for this web request.

4 What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or financial compliance obligations.

Any retained data is minimized and kept only for the required period.

5 Processing timeline

Acknowledgement: within 5 business days.
Completion target: within 30 days of verified request.
Confirmation: we send an email when deletion is complete.
